| Young-Ai Lee
Young-Ai
(Irene) Lee is a Partner at ZMG Ward Howell. Her focus lies in serving Korean
and Southeast Asian businesses located in the Philippines and Asia Pacific.
Prior to
joining the firm, Young-Ai served as an HR practitioner at the Corporate
Executive Board (CEB), a best-practices research and management consulting firm
located in Washington, DC. She specialized in internal and external
analyst recruiting, as well as spearheaded the firm’s campus recruiting
program. During her time there, she also worked with senior HR executives at
leading global organizations in providing HR best-practice research to assist
them through challenging HR issues, such as healthcare management and top
talent acquisition and retention. Furthermore, she briefly served at C2
Education, a learning academy, as a Director for one of the largest centers in Maryland.
Young-Ai
holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Education from Swarthmore College. She then moved on to receive
her Masters of Science Degree in Strategic Human Resources and Organization
Development from Johns
Hopkins University.
