Jesus M. Zulueta, Jr.

Jesus "Gigi" M. Zulueta, Jr. is the Managing Partner of ZMG Ward Howell, handling many assignments at the CEO and senior executive levels for Philippine and foreign corporations.

Gigi is a co-founder of the Institute of Corporate Directors and a fellow of the Australia Institute of Corporate Directors. He is a Director of Argosy Partners, a private equity investment advisory firm that focuses on taking large equity positions in Philippine companies. He is also a Director of a number of locally listed companies.

Gigi is a member of the Board of British School Manila and formerly of the Board of Governors of the Management Association of the Philippines. He is active in leading business organizations, such as the World Presidents' Organization (WPO), MAP, and the Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines (FINEX). In addition, he is Honorary Consul General for Nepal.

Gigi received his MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) and International Faculty Development Program (IFDP) at IESE Business School, Barcelona. He founded ZMG in 1981 after a six-year stint at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Co. in New York.
