 Engelbert T. Camasura

Engelbert “Gilbert” T. Camasura is a Partner recognized for his concentration in business process outsourcing (BPO), which includes contact centers, IT services, and shared services.

Gilbert was previously connected with Genpact Philippines, a multinational BPO firm, where he ensured that highly effective recruitment programs were in place to align with the expansion program of the company. Prior to Genpact, he was in the Strategic Human Resource Departments of Filinvest Alabang Inc., Sony Life (Philippines), and PhilamPlans, Inc.

Gilbert is one of the directors of the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP). He has been certified as an Associate Fellow in Personnel Management (AFPM) by the Philippine Society of Fellows in PMAP. He is also the Charter President of the Rotary Club of Muntinlupa City Center, Rotary International District 3830.

Gilbert graduated with a degree in Behavioral Science from the University of Santo Tomas and pursued a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from De La Salle University. He has also completed a special certificate program on talent management from Penn State University.
