Cristina C. Vivas

Cristina "Tina" C. Vivas is a Senior Consultant covering the healthcare, infrastructure, power, real estate development, fast moving consumer goods, direct selling, airline, and financial services industries. She serves as a strategic partner for most of the established local and multinational conglomerates in the Philippines and Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining the firm, Tina was the Corporate HR Account Management In-Charge for Special Projects and International Operations of San Miguel Corporation’s NABI subsidiary, specifically handling

Thailand

and Vietnam HR operations. Her solid account management know-how, partnered with her functional experience in organization and people development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and strategic manpower planning have enabled her to provide quality customer service and efficient execution of searches for clients.

Tina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from De La Salle University.
